• Yes, you can connect the SanDisk® Clip Jam MP3 Player to your car stereo using an auxiliary cable.

• You would need a patch cord. If your port is a 3.5mm female audio, you would need a male-to-male 3.5mm patch cord. I've never tried a USB patch cord.
