“Purchased these to allow my kids to download songs but we are having major issues. iTunes songs are protected or in a different format then this player recognizes. Any suggestions on sites or ways to download music? Thank you.”

My Itune songs are in M4A format and can be played on my Sandisk. You may have to save your Apple songs in a different format.
