“What makes this a "Sport" version? Is it waterproof, resistant, use in steamroom, etc..?”

• Hello, Mark Twain here. In comparing this "Sport Clip" version device to a Non-"Sport" of the same storage capacity of 8GB such as a "Clip Jam"; the only difference according to the box is longer battery life (25 hours), and a hinge-clip on the back to snap to your britches.

• Probably because it has a big clip on the back. You can clip it to a shirt sleeve or sweat pants and carry on with your run/biking without fear of it falling off. If you need waterproof, I doubt this fits the bill, but you would have to check the specs to be sure.
