• It charges via a USB port on your car, pc, or whatever. It comes with the necessary cable.

• The manual doesn't say anything about a adapter or charger. Mine plugged right into the usb port on a computer. I'm sure you could get a USB/Plug adapter. I'm not sure about European current.
