- Answer I do NOT think it has that capability. The book-marking capability is the result of sophisticated "player" software and this device is quite "generic" in that regard.

- Answer You need to connect it with a USB or audio cable. It is not Bluetooth capable.

- Answer There are three "GoLists" on the device that you can assign tracks to through the UI. It also supports as many m3u playlists as you want to add, but only m3u format playlists. Creating m3u playlists may be a bit tricky but after a google search, I found a tutorial.

QuestionWill it work with service pack 3?Returning a sony because they didn't list 1gb of ram requirement on internet, it was on back of item package. I have windows xp home edition, service pack 3, with 512 mb of ram. Requirements list service pack 2, will service pack 3 work?

- Answer It should. When you see requirements, they are the MINIMUM requirements. If the requirement is SP2, then having SP3 will work as well.

- Answer Bought this specifically because it was supposed to support audible books. I just visited the sandisk website and it says it does not on the sport clips and the clip jams. The user guide says it does but it is probably the same user guide for all of their mp3 players.
