“Can this player keep track of run distance and pace? I'm trying to find something to replaces my beloved ipod Nano which stopped working. It had a great Nike App to keep track of my runs and I'm looing for a replacement with comparable features.”

No, it's simply an MP3 player. It doesn't even have Blue Tooth.

I think you need to look a bit farther up the totem pole. Sansa Clip Sport Go is a basic audio player / FM receiver / audio recorder.

No, the SanDisk® MP3 players does not support comes with steps tracker and also does not supports any third party software/ application.
