“I haven't ever had an MP3 player, but have over 100 CDs and want to listen to those songs while mowing/working out. How do you put those on one of these?”

Oh boy~ That's a loaded question. Hopefully you have a laptop/Mac with a cd drive or an external drive and iTunes. If you don't have either, you can't transfer your music. iTunes is easily downloaded onto your laptop. Open iTunes and put the CD into the drive. Enable MP3 conversion. Click Edit (Windows) or iTunes (Mac). Click Preferences Click Import Settings Click the Import Using drop-down box Click MP3 Encoder Click OK twice Click the CD icon (top left) You should be able to see the list of songs on the CD Choose the songs you want by first clicking one song, then (on laptop Control , on Mac it's Command). If you want the entire CD, click the first song, then CTRL A or Command A. Drag the songs over Click FILE Click CONVERT Click Create MP3 Version That should work. If it doesn't, you can check your MP3 player's web site?
