I don't create playlists myself, but I spent some time looking around my Clip Sport Plus and it seems to have the ability to create playlists.

It does come with Bluetooth but I haven't used it. I don't believe it has wifi.  Being hopelessly old fashioned, I have purchased my music on CDs, ripped them onto my computer and then used the USB cable that comes with the Clip Sport Plus to download music to the Clip Sport.

I have never timed the battery but I believe it has at least 30 hours of battery life.

It is only Bluetooth.  I just use it for audio books. Never checked the battery time.
