Yes, you can connect the SanDisk® Clip Sport Plus Mp3 to a card stereo using an Auxiliary cable or Bluetooth.

My car audio system is not compatible with the m3u format, even though the downloaded audio files have the suffix mp3 or mp4. It's like my car can't get through the data format to get to the audio files. Perhaps your car audio system does recognize the m3u format. After reading my car's manual, I was disappointed to learn that mine did not, because that's the primary reason I purchased the player.
