Hi John, the Olympus E‑510 uses CompactFlash (Type I or II) or xD picture cards, it does not support SD or microSD cards directly, even with adapters. So to use a SanDisk card with your E‑510, choose one of our CompactFlash memory cards (such as the SanDisk Ultra or Extreme CF series). These are compatible and recommended for reliable performance.
