I need to know if this will work with my Nikon D7000.... null

It most likely will, but I would check the manual just to be sure. I used it for my D3200

Yes it will work and is the card I use I my Nikon, GoPro, and Sony. If you are going to do videos I would recommend the 64g or larger card.

The D7000 supports UHS interfaces, so this should work.

Best to ask Nikon. Only the card's memory size would matter.
