IS THIS FORMATED IN FAT 32 null

No use a Mac to do so with disk utility. Windows can format fat32 as well but not as easy

usually you would format it with the device you are using it in. your device would have a format option.... this doesn't necessarily need formating. just insert it it the slot and try using it as a file storage.... if it isn't formatted it will say something rude to let you know that you need to format it. fat32 is possible.
