• The Extreme Pro 32GB SDHC Memory Card will work with D800E. However, my preference would be a higher performance CF Memory Card especially, if you are shooting at a high frame rate in RAW. (I usually use the SDHC as my backup Card.) All depends on usage.

• We use our SD card in a Nikon D7000 SLR. I would think it would work in the 800e also.
