If the package said it was a 256GB and you got a 128 the package was mislabeled.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would double check the package, I cannot see them putting a 128GB ina 256GB package. Call customer service at SanDisk and have your receipt ready. Better yet, send them an email.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Possibly the format, when installed, click my computer, it should show the device and how much storage there is (rated), but to max out usage, format the device to NTSF .I am just guessing, I am no geek, just had this issue before with another device in the past.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Before opening the package of any flash drive check the size stamped on body of unit. The body of the flash drive is used for many sizes from 256 gigabytes to128 GB, 64 Gb,down to 8 gb and even smaller. Even displays of thumb drives can be misleading as the cards holding the units can be switched without the store personal noticing imeddiately.
