I can't answer that directly. Many flash drives start with Fat32. All flash drives can be re-formatted to whatever filesystem you choose. The caveat of Fat32 is that size for a single file cannot exceed 4GB.

If you choose you can reformat the drive to fat however I would not recommend this. If it helps when you stick this drive into a Windows computer for the first time it will recognize 233 GB worth of storage. That is plenty. No need to reformat but if you need more memory just buy another drive. T
