Fat32 file systems have a single file size limit of 4 Gbs. The flash drive I received was formatted in Fat32.

If you want to put a file on there that is bigger than 4 Gbs, you can change the file format for the flash drive to exFAT or NTFS.

My understanding is that this is likely due to the way the flash drive came formatted. The FAT32 format won't let you move files larger than 4gb. You should be able to reformat your drive to the exFAT format and remove file size restrictions. Make sure you do some research first though - you'll want to back up any important files you already moved to the drive before reformatting, or they will be lost.

Not the drive itself, if you haven't done anything to the drive then it probably comes fomrated as FAT32. Reformat the drive in windows and use exFAT. You should be able to transfer those files then.

For files that size, you may need to reformat the drive to NTFS. The fat32 format limits file sizes to 4GB.

No, it should only be limited by the drive space available. I'm guessing 4.7 is a movie though which probably has some sort of copy protection.
