• Yes it will! I just stuck one in my parents' Samsung TV to solve an app space problem for them. It was very plug and go and downloaded the streaming app they were trying to use onto the drive.

• I would imagine it would. It's about as good of a flash memory as you can get.

• Hi, please be informed that we have not tested using this USB Drive with smart TVs. If your Samsung Smart TV allows installing apps on an externally connected USB Flash drive, then you should be able to do the same using this USB Flash Drive. However, in order to know how to do the same if possible, we suggest you to contact Samsung customer support.
