I would think that it should as long as a USB port is present.

This will work as long as your sewing machine draws less then 7.5 Amps and runs on a 120 volt, 15 Amp plug type (2 vertical slot plugs. If 1 of them is horizontal then it will not work). This unit is rated at 900 Watts. Because the sewing machine has a higher start current draw then after it's running, it will not last as long as a computer will under continues on/off use. There are to many unknown variables to say how long it will last. Also, you will have to replace the batteries in a shorter use cycle than normal. Normally you replace UPS batteries every 2 to 3 years under the manufacturer stated recommendations.

It might not work. Some devices only work wih SD cards that are 32 gigabytes or less. This SanDisk 64Ultra SD Card can be very fast, but the sewing machne may not be able to take advantage of that speed. You didn't mention the brand and model of the sewing machine, which can be used to look at an online manual. Probably SanDisk 32 gigabyte SD card would work well. What size and type SD card do you have now? -- JayOne
