Yes as long as the Gb matches your camera's specs. I have used in Cuddeback, moultrie, and Bushnell cams.

Depending on the Trail camera that you are using it should be able to. You'll have to check with the manual to see how high of an SD card it can take.

I used it in mine and freezing temperatures has no ill affects on it. Worked great at 14 degrees, (wasn't colder than that during the 2015 Deer rifle season).

If by trail camera you mean a GoPro, than yes.
