Hello RB, Thanks for your question. The SANUS Soundbar Mount designed for the Sonos Ray is intended to mount the soundbar below the TV, directly under the screen, for optimal audio alignment and center-channel performance. Because of the way the mount secures to the TV brackets, it is not designed to be installed above the TV.
