Yes! It works perfectly and is very adjustable. I used this to mount underneath my LG 55" TV. I suggest leaving enough gap between the top of the soundbar and bottom of the TV if your TV IR receiver is at the bottom of the TV, but also to make it easier when dusting/cleaning the top of the soundbar since it will not be flush in the front.
