This was released in 2023. It will work with a Samsung S22 Ultra, but you will need a USB-C headphone adapter. If not included, you can get them at Best Buy here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-usb-type-c-to-3-5mm-headphone-jack-adapter-white/6364522.p?skuId=6364522
