Unsure, i have a gallery S22+ both are similar in weight, mine works great, if it's not sticking right, try cleaning the surface or try finding an even surface, if it's about the magnet part then i have no idea, try to get a replacement

I have the IPhone 11 and it stays. There is a strong magnet you attach to the back of the phone then attach to mount.

You need iPhone 12 and later models with Magsafe.  Otherwise, you need to attach the metal plate directly to your iPhone11 before mounting it.
