You see call come in, you then change to a preset station on your FM buttons that matches what you set it to, then answer call, it is then over stereo and works great.

Please try again later.The answer is no just like any Bluetooth if you're using it for music then you're using it for music but if you're using it to talk it will turn off the music in order for you to have the conversation as soon as you in the call it should go back to playing music
