• Hi, it depends on your model of Satellite and the year. As long as your laptop uses SATA drives (which it should if it was made in the past 6-8 years), then it should work. Look up the model number of your laptop, and google that model number's specs and look for the hard drive's specs (may say HDD). If you see (SATA or serial ATA), then this drive should work great.
