Providing that the PS4 supports external storage devices I would assume that you would be able But 'I'm not certain. I know that this drive can be used to expand the storage capacity of all of the XBOX One Consoles . It meets the data USB 3.0 specification that is required for it to used with the XB1 & would be recognized by the consoles OS as one suitable for reformatting in order to store Saves and save related data. NOT to mention that Coming in at 4TB's far exceeds the minimum storage size for an external device. Hope that this information will be of some help to you .
