Yes it will, it's just a USB-connected drive. Format accordingly - ext4/btrfs/etc if it will just be used for Linux, Exfat or NTFS if you need to use it from multiple OSes.

I have NO Problems at all using the 20TB with Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon. WORKS Much Better than winblows :D
