Unfortunately the x160 is not road legal out of the box. Refer to your local laws to see what steps would have to be taken to make it road legal. its worth noting that some owners have had luck converting this into an ebike by installing a 3rd party pedal kit, but once again this all depends on your state's laws regarding ebikes. it's good in ny state just don't drive like an a hole and cops should treat u like an e bike. Obey laws and don't ruin it for us all.
