Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Two sets of batteries are installed (one in the vertical bar and one in the pack attached to the vertical bar) and are not user serviceable. It uses MANY 18650 batteries to achieve the power and range. The batteries cannot be swapped out for charged batteries if that is what you are thinking of. I was thinking I could swap out the external battery pack, but that is not removable. Videos exist to show you how to dismantle the assembly. Dismantle. Not remove or change. Dismantle.
