A:AnswerI purchased 2 scooters, this happened to 1 of them. I went faster then the minimum speed for it to operate and it would not move faster than 2 mph. The app was downloaded, deleted, and downloaded again for the same result. I returned the item and went to another store to purchase it again. The new scooter worked as it should
A:AnswerGreat question... If your cable is small enough, you can put it through the front fork between the wheel and the frame, just above the axle. If yours wont fit in that tight area, you will have to wrap it several times around the stem and the angled part of the frame....but a determined thief with enough time WILL be able to manipulate the scooter out of the cable if you leave them enough slack, so make sure its wrapped really tight to an immovable object.
