A:AnswerTheir reutrn policy is garbage Unless you are an special tier member the default is 15 days. Amazon is 30. Walmart is 90. Best buy nor does any retail store warranty a product like this themselves., You can inquire about geek squad or extra coverage, but as all warranties work- that's between you and the manufacturer of the product.
A:AnswerCalled Segway someone in China answered and had no answers to when the battery would be released or the many other parts that are out of stock on their website. I’ll never buy Segway again.
A:AnswerSegway was supposed to release an external battery months ago but failed to do so and when you call them someone in China answers and they tell you they don’t know when the battery will be available even though it’s many months past its release date. If it ever is released it will only increase your range not your power. The range on the scooter is half what was claimed by the manufacturer so the external battery will probably only get you the range that was claimed by the manufacturer without it. Never buy a Segway product again at least I won’t. If you look on their website parts page you’ll see most of the parts are out of stock and unavailable so if anything breaks or needs to be replaced due to where you will be out of luck and your scooter will be useless.
