I turned it on turn on title and brake no beep null

I purchased a unit for Christmas and same thing. Santa delivered a defective unit. Don't know if battery was bad or people at factory didn't connect it. But no light came on no beeps. Charged over night and still nothing. Traded it in and second unit has been great.
