How will does this headphone work on a airplane null

I've used them on airplanes and they work for noise cancelling and connecting (via cable) to inflight entertainment. Unfortunately, the bluetooth connection constantly drops and it's more frustrating than it's worth.

Works pretty well. I watched a movie and slept with these headphones on to cancel out the airplane noise. However, after prolonged use (2+ hours), I felt like I had a tension headache. I’ve never used noise-canceling headphones before this pair, so not sure if that would be the case with all noise-canceling headphones or just this one. I used these on an overseas flight.
