“If connected to console through usb cord can you use chat?”

• You can hear all audio but you cannot talk back. There’s some sort of console restriction that doesn’t let you. You can talk if you use an external microphone

• If you mean Voice Chat, you should probably use the headphone jack to connect the headphones to the controller.
