“Please send a trouble shooting guied. Only one Sennheisi:r head set has been used & worked well, but when it started static i tied the other one & it also was the same. I repaced all the batterys, but it is the same.”

You can try changing the frequency on the base. (There is a small switch on the front of the base that has three different settings). Also the tuner is on the headset.
