• i think they will take it on return for something you buy, full value if it appears unused. maybe with receipt. idk if they have a record.

• nothing for trade in that I ever heard of. Try selling them online. Check out online e-tailers that sell used products in various conditions. See my Sennheiser RS 175 mint before it was removed from the plastic case.
