- Answer I can't say percents, but it doesn't recline much. You could take a short nap, but nothing significant. As for gaming, mine is very comfortable for console gaming. The arm rests are at a perfect height. It also is wide enough to accommodate keyboard typing.

- Answer This Office Chair is great. It sits high, very sturdy, adjustable and beautiful. I highly recommend this chair. I don’t think it will disappoint. I give this chair 5 Stars.The price was amazing as well. I am 5”2 and depending on the settings, my feet will not touch the floor. Give it a try.
