Does this remove radon from the air null

According to the manual, radon is not covered. Your crawlspace should be covered in 6 mill plastic sheeting to help prevent radon.

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas created by the decay of Uranium which is in the earth surface. The gas can not be filtered out of the air. The most effective method is with sub slab depressurization which is simply a network of pic pipe and fan that takes a suction from under your homes foundation and ventilates outside before it comes into your home. Note that covering a crawl space with plastics sheeting will only slow the progress and not prevent it.
