I don't have the specifics ur asking for, however we haven't had to give our youngest allergy medicine every night before bed since we got it. We do run it 24/7. The dust seems to be less in the rest of the house as well.

As far as filter replacement you can order them from Bestbuy or Shark's websites. As far as your last two questions you should contact Shark customer service for technical questions such as those.
