“How many hours do people usually keep their's on? I see it shows remaining filter life in hours, but if this is used say 8 hours a day, is a filter replacement needed every 6-12 months, or earlier?”

Since I got mine they run 24 seven on auto mode, at this rate you have to change the filters every six months. Hth
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not sure how to answer that. But I can say I have been running the Shark now all day every day for a month and I still have 3872 hrs left. My filter is mostly at 100% air quality. So it might be more of how dirty the filter becomes over time. Rather then a certain time frame of life for it.
