Can this microwave be built in a cabinet? If so, does it require a trim kit and where can I get a trim kit if needed? null

We mounted ours under the cabinet with the included mount. The only thing we had to purchase additional is longer mounting screws that hold the front of the microwave to the front top of the cabinet. We did not need a trim kit. I don't think you should build it into a cabinet (surrounded by cabinet ) if that is what you're asking.

No, it's an over-the-counter model that needs to have a cabinet above it (for mounting) and about 30" of vertical space between the cabinet and the counter (for the microwave and clearance).
