“Can you connect a souround system to this tv? Is the tvs sound good?”

• Absolutely. That is the main reason I bought this tv. I have it hooked up to my Yamaha 5.1 surround receiver in my home office. More like a monitor use for me. No movies really. I use an optical (Toslink) cable between the two for sound. An HDMI cable also lets me use the Yamaha on screen menus. Works great streaming Pandora, IHeart, Amazon Music with the built in wifi. I honestly have never even tried to listen to the built in speakers. I don't think they would be very good at this price point.
