• Does the selection (language option) change when you try to move it up and down? If not, the batteries may be dead and the remote is not able to send a signal. Or, I hate to say, they may be in backwards. The highlighted choice should at least move up and down. If new batteries and installed correctly don't help, I would be in touch with BestBuy pronto.
