Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Does the selection (language option) change when you try to move it up and down? If not, the batteries may be dead and the remote is not able to send a signal. Or, I hate to say, they may be in backwards. The highlighted choice should at least move up and down. If new batteries and installed correctly don't help, I would be in touch with BestBuy pronto.
