QuestionHas this unit been improved over the years? I bought 2 units, one for me and another for my parents and in less than two years the CD changers quit working. Can they be repaired? I was looking at the 350w, is it junk too or is it better quality?

- Answer Hello Roger, you can program track from a certain disc to play, then it will move on to the next disc. I am sorry, we do not recommend that another speaker be attached as there is not slot for this on the back of the unit.

QuestionHave intermittent problem with FM radio sound cutting in and out. When this happens, the BLUETOOTH indicator light flashes on and off in time to the sound cuts. Have bluetooth on my paired phone turned off, and the phone itself turned off.

- Answer Hello, the sleep timer feature on this unit can only be used to power the unit off/put it in the stand-by mode. The speakers are attached to the back of the unit by using a red and a black clip to secure the wires. The length of the wires are approximately 3fts.

QuestionThe radio does not work. It merely makes a loud garbled sound which is very bothersome. How do we make the radio work? We hooked up the antenna that came with the system...it simply does not pick up any stations. Please let us know how to fix this problem

- Answer Hello, we recommend that you use the speakers and supplied antenna that comes with the unit. For better reception you may use an external FM antenna (75 ohms coaxial cable).
