A:AnswerI had one of these for about 4 years with no problems. Then everything started going wrong, similar to yours. Since it would have cost more to repair it than to replace it, I bought another one. For the price I think 4 years is pretty good. Good luck.
A:AnswerManual sucks. JUST CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IN THE MANUAL AND THEY WILL WALK YOU THRU IT. A REAL PAIN IN THE...... NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL IF YOU ARE OLDER THAN 30. PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN YOU SHUT OFF THE UNIT THE DISPLAY CONTINUES TO FLASH BY CONSTANTLY AND THE ONLY WAY TO STOP IT IS TO PULL OUT THE PLUG. THEN YOU LOOSE ALL THE SETTINGS INCLUDING THE CLOCK...... SUCKS
