QuestionIs there a way to shut down the bluetooth completely? My partner is doing bluetooth classes downstairs, while I am trying to listen to the CD's UPstairs. The CD's keep shutting off, and the bluetooth takes over. I've tried the Demo / ECO to no avail

- Answer Hello, please be advised that During demonstration or Bluetooth stand by mode, the Near Field Communication (NFC) function is activated once the device touches the NFC detection area. Once the device (phone/tablet) has on Bluetooth and is within 32 feet (10 meters) it will be activated.

QuestionWhile playing CDs unit switches to Bluetooth. I've read the posts on turning off BT via the ECO on remote. How exactly do you do that and when? (don't say just press the ECO button) How can I verify BT is off? There is no indicator in the display.

- Answer The answer given is useless. No matter what i do there are times when cd continually switches to bluetooth. There are days when it doesn't. Right now i want to throw the f ing thing out the window. It's changed to bluetooth 3 times since i startedthis comment.

- Answer Hello Jeepy, to shut off the unit please see the below: Press the DEMO button on the remote control once. The unit will enter the Bluetooth mode. To cancel the Bluetooth standby mode, press the ECO button on the remote control. The unit will enter the low power consumption mode and shut off. If you wish to return to demonstration or Bluetooth standby mode press the DEMO button again.
