“The unit I purchased will not play CDs. It keeps switching to bluetooth after it play the CD for a few minutes. How can I fix it?”

• This unit is in an environment where other people 30 feet way are using Bluetooth for other functions. There should be a warning label that it is non functional for anything but Bluetooth That’s really not customer friendly

If the unit changes to Bluetooth is not because it is defective or malfunctioning, this unit has NFC (Near Field Communication), this was added to the stereo to simplify the pairing method of the Bluetooth connectivity, if you do not want this to happen, please disable the Bluetooth on your smart devices and the NFC as well.
