“Can a turntable be connected to to system, and if so any special requirements?”

• Hello, you are able to connect an external device (Turntable) to the (audio in) 3.5 mini jack aux port at the front of the unit. When this is done the sound will output through the speakers of this unit.

• I just looked at mine, it has an audio in micro jack (head phone jack sized) and usb connection on the front of the unit. If your turn table has one of those or RCA jacks ( you could buy a RCA to micro wire). They should have put them on the back of the unit, that would be much cleaner. No wire going to the front.
