“I purchased this unit 6 months ago and it has been working well. today i went to turn it on and it will not turn on. I do unplug the power cord from the wall after I used it last. can you help?”

• I have not owned it for six month and I shut off the power after use,but no trouble yet, would recommend owner takes back to Best Buy.
