QuestionNone of the CD trays will open or close. The screen says they are open/close....but the trays themselves remain closed. Most of the other functions seem to work...Bluetooth, AM/FM, but the CD is not (and it’s the main reason we purchased it!) Any ideas??

- Answer Hello, you may use an external FM antenna (75 ohms coaxial cable) for better reception. Be sure to disconnect the supplied FM antenna wire before use.

- Answer Hello, we can only recommend using the antenna provided for the unit. In the event that you are not receiving sufficient signal to get other stations, you can move the antenna from one location to another, preferably to an open window to see if that might result in any change.

- Answer Great sound for a small system. Never needed auto reverse, but you can reverse playing a song on a track, repeat a song.

QuestionMy stereo has started acting weird. Trays opening and shutting randomly, not playing. I have tried all 5 trays and none work. Iv'e tried resetting it to the factory settings, unplugging it. Nothing. HELP!! I use this everyday.

- Answer I am sorry this has happened to you. I've not experienced anything like this in this model and the previous model. I would recommend contacting customer service at Sharp. Something isn't right. Did you take the additional warranty? I wish I could be of more help. Sorry.
